All sales are final. We do offer full returns 7+ days prior for events.

If you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you may cancel it online at any time by following the link in your account section; however, if your enrollment offer included a commitment for you to renew at the prevailing renewal price, you may not cancel until after you have fulfilled your commitment. After you have fulfilled your commitment, you can cancel at any time.
