First, a fully silent rotation through carefully chosen games where nonverbal communication is your only tool. We will listen to our shared collaborative lo-fi playlist together throughout the evening; you’ll be able to add your lo-fi songs to the playlist. Please bring your own headphones.

Then, as the night unfolds, soft conversations open up naturally and the room comes alive. Just really good company, lo-fi vibes, and the kind of connections that happen when you slow down. No experience required. No pressure. Just show up, settle in, and let the games do the rest.

We’ll have easy board and card games to keep the energy going all night.

Thanks to a generous follower we will be having this event in a residential clubhouse! There are two floors and lots of space so we have room for everyone. I will be creating a hot cocoa bar with cider for everyone to enjoy. I will have everything you need, including vegan options, bring a mug if you'd like. This game night is a little bit longer since it's on a weekend so you can join in anytime. No worries if you're late! Also, feel free to bring your own snacks.

Sweet Water Family Wellness is where family is made, grown, and nurtured. By family we mean chosen family. Here we honor the reality that many of us have strained relationships with our birth families for any number of reasons including being queer, trans, leaving a spiritual community, or having moved away from our hometowns. This shared experience helped inspire us to create Sweet Water, an oasis for us all to build and enjoy new supportive relationships.
